OUR ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES FEES

Prices for Planning Applications – Single Storey Extensions Plan B Architecture has been serving successfully for more than 10 years and we have dealt with hundreds of single storey rear extension, single storey side extensions and single storey infill extension for residential homeowners. Our guide prices for single storey extensions is as below. We do not charge VAT.

Planning Application

From £700*

(We do not charge VAT)

1.      Site visit and design consultation.

2.      Measured & photographic survey of the property.

3.      Preparation of mandatory drawings for planning application.

4.      Location Map

5.      Minor revisions required by you at the time of preparation of drawings.

6.      Handling the application submission process including preparation of form.

7.      Act as your agents: monitoring & liaising with council during the application processing 8 week period.

Site Survey

Free (included in planning application pack)

1.      Site visit and survey 

2.      Consultation on proposed design

3.      Full Measured & photographic survey

Council Application Fees

1.      Planning Application Fee to council (£206) is not included in our fee. Client will pay directly to council.

2.      Permitted Development Fee to council (£103) is not included in our fee. Client will pay directly to council.

 

Building Regulation

From £600*

(We do not charge VAT)

1.      Preparation of full set of building regulations drawings and details.

  1. Submission of application to Building Control upon client request (additional fees applicable where necessary)
  2. Revisions to drawings if requested by council building control during application processing period.

Structural Calculations (if applicable)

From £500*
